Delete your account

The fastest way to delete your account is in the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. It takes effect immediately — no need to use this page.

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion here instead. We’ll email you a code to confirm it’s really you.

Either way: your profile is hidden immediately and signed out on all devices, and your data — profile, photos, messages, matches, and connections — is permanently erased within 30 days. This cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for what we retain and why.

You’ll get a reference code once deletion is scheduled — on this page and by email. Save it: it’s the only way to check your request’s status afterward, using the form below.

Trouble with this page, or prefer we handle it directly? Email support@denomidate.com from your account address and we’ll process the deletion for you.

Have a reference code from a previous request? Enter it below to check whether your deletion is still pending or has completed. We can’t look this up any other way — not by email, not by name — since we don’t keep anything identifying once a deletion is complete.
