Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Denomira Systems LTD (“Denomidate”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Denomidate app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Denomidate. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Tell us promptly at support@denomidate.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to use Denomidate to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other members, or post hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Solicit money, promote scams, spam, or advertise goods or services.
• Post unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Collect or misuse other members’ information, or contact them outside the Service against their wishes.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use bots, scrapers, or automated access.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or put our members at risk.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members. Content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and the behaviour described under “Acceptable use”, is not permitted on Denomidate.

• Every member can report a message or profile, and block any member, from within the app. Blocking immediately stops that person from seeing or contacting you.
• We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — removing content and, where warranted, suspending or permanently banning the account — within 24 hours.
• Members who post objectionable content or abuse others may be ejected from the Service without notice.

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Terms, please report it in the app or email us at support@denomidate.com.

You keep ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you share. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service (for example, to deliver your messages and show your profile to other members). You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

• Denomidate offers optional paid Premium subscriptions. Prices and features are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Purchases are processed and billed by the app store you use (Apple App Store or Google Play) through our payments partner, RevenueCat. We never receive or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the app stores under their own policies. From time to time we may grant complimentary Premium access, which we can modify or end at our discretion.

You may stop using Denomidate and delete your account at any time from the app’s settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect our members or comply with the law. Some provisions such as content licences we need to operate, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive termination.

Denomidate helps people connect, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any member. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. Use good judgement, meet in public places, and tell someone you trust about your plans. If you ever feel unsafe, contact your local authorities.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denomidate and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from your interactions with other members. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
